This is our FAVORITE show. (well one of them) You have to watch it, it is so inspiring and neat to see how much weight these people loose. It's on Tuesday nights at 7:00. They just started a new season, it's couples!!!

I would watch...heaven knows I need it, however, One Tree Hill is top priorty that night so you'll have to give me the low down. And p.s. I'm really not mad about the movie. I was joking on the post. Clay seemed a little frazzled about it when he came over tonight! hahah...Love you and hope work was fantastic!
SAME! we are watcing right now. I am still not sure if I love love this season yet. LAst one was really good*
