So, lately Clay and I can't get enough of this place. Every Saturday we say we will go somewhere else, we'll actually be driving to go somewhere else and guess where we end up?? Yes, Bajio. It is so yummy. I love, love, love their salad dressing!

Life is going great!! We are both busy with works but at least we're on the same schedule now so we can see more of each other!!! He's loving being out of school for the summer. He even says he may take fall off too. I DON'T THINK SO!!! I am still doing the dental assisting thing and really liking it, so that has been a nice change from the serving world (although serving wasn't too bad, just so ready for something new)

my family goes to Bajio every Wednesday night. I'm not joking! We all meet there at Riverwoods for the weekly tradition. I like their salads better than Cafe Rio's, even though their meats aren't as great. But the dressing is fabulous!
